Ballet Beginnings
(3-5 years)
For ages 3 to 5, this is a fun and interactive class where we explore movement, emotion and music by using stories and imaginative adventures.
Pre-Primary and Primary Ballet
(5-7 years)
For ages 5 to 7, students start learning basic ballet technique, movement and skills. These fun and challenging classes include vocabulary, musicality and performance skills to prepare the students for further development.
Ballet Grades
(7 years and up)
For ages 7 and up, the graded syllabus is progressive and comprehensive in structure. From the introduction of barre work to perfecting a pirouette, these classes focus on technique, musicality, performance and an in-depth knowledge of ballet. We include PBT exercises in all ballet grades to improve muscle memory, general technique and to limit injury.
